Cancellation Policy
Moore Yoga Booking Policy At Moore Yoga, we aim to create a space where everyone feels supported, respected, and empowered in their practice. To help us hold that space with clarity and care, we ask all students to honour the following guidelines. Bookings & Payments All classes, workshops, and events are booked with full payment. Payments are non‑refundable and non‑transferable. If you’re unable to attend a session you’ve booked, your place can’t be moved or refunded, but you’re always welcome to join us again another time. Your Practice, Your Body Every body is different, and you know yours best. Throughout class, please make choices that feel right for you — rest when you need to, modify when something doesn’t serve you, and move in a way that feels supportive and safe. Our teachers will offer guidance and options, but you remain responsible for your own movements and decisions on the mat. Injuries & Health Conditions If you have any injuries, health conditions, or changes in your wellbeing (including pregnancy), please let your instructor know before class begins. This helps us offer appropriate suggestions, though it doesn’t replace medical advice. If you’re unsure whether yoga is suitable for you at this time, we encourage you to check in with a healthcare professional. A Note on Responsibility Yoga involves physical movement, and by joining a class you acknowledge that you participate at your own discretion and responsibility. Moore Yoga and its instructors cannot be held liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after your practice.
